This is the best poached egg pan. For the perfect poached egg, fill a pan half full with water. Build a strong fire. Place an egg in each cup and wait for the water to fully boil. When the water boils, place the egg plate over the water, cover and cook for 4 minutes. After a minute, remove the egg holder with all 6 trays from the water and place on an oven mitt or cutting board. Grasp each egg cup by the handle and slide it onto a plate. 7 minutes yields a perfect hard boiled egg, fully cooked.
