Review on DisplayPort Bandwidth Support Compatible Monitor by Aaron Urena

I bought a new gaming monitor with a 270Hz refresh rate and I couldn't stop the monitor from flickering every few minutes (just like when switching inputs). I tried the DP cables in the box and a few other cables that I thought were premium cables, nothing worked and I really thought it was the monitor. Came back for a new one, the same. All the forums say the problem is the DP cable, well I've tried 4 or 5 of these, some definitely bought as 8k 1.4 cables. Now I went to Amazon to confirm the specs of one of my cables and noticed a DP 2.0 cable. I didn't know about the existence of DP 2.0, i decided to order it and for 2 weeks i have not blinked my monitor, i wake up perfectly, this cable has seriously solved my problem. I think these new top gaming monitors could go beyond DP 1.4. This cable solved that problem. Thanks Ivanki
