Review on ☕ Nespresso Vertuo Next Classic Black: Premium Coffee and Espresso Machine by Breville by Allison Watson

This is our second Nespresso machine. Our first lasted more than two years and, apart from the occasional cryptic descaling instructions, was easy to use. This Nespresso also produces surprisingly good coffee. However, it is horribly constructed and almost impossible to use for those with hand arthritis or those with physical disabilities. Very disappointing and inconsiderate product design by Nespresso. Unfortunately, we found that the return date has already passed. We just tried to descale the Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine for the first time. Descaling our previous Nespresso was a difficult task, but so far we have not been able to descale our Vertuo Next and therefore have not been able to make another coffee. Both the manual guide and the video guide on the website are unclear. Despite two people following the instructions several times, we were not able to descale this machine. We do not recommend buying this machine.
