Great machine that makes coffee caliber coffee. I like that the capsules are recyclable. It's just a question of leadership. It's terrible. I finally watched the Nespresso videos on YouTube and after that everything was easy.

Received as a replacement and it didn't work after the first 3 weeks like the first one I bought. I have found that I was wasting the pods as they don't brew properly at all and sometimes just let the water through and sometimes the coffee spills out somewhere. dissatisfied

After using this machine for a while I had the first opportunity to start the cleaning phase. The machine stopped working, did not turn on the cleaning mode. During the use of the machine there were several moments when it didn't work the first time and continued to be far from perfect. Not worth your money at all!

I've been a Keurig user my whole life and I decided to take a chance on Nespresso. I was surprised. The richness of coffee flavor, ease of use and lack of cleaning are simply amazing. I have replaced my old Vertuo Plus Deluxe coffee maker with this new model. The same coffee pods I've had before don't taste the same and have less foam. This is still "good" but not as good as the previous one. Used capsules don't fall into the shell very well when opened. The waste pad tray is always filled with coffee liquid. It's very dirty. I'll try to fix the Vertuo. The coffee in the carafe tastes like burnt coffee. Very disappointed.
