Review on All-Clad Essentials Small Roaster with Rack, Nonstick Hard Anodized, 11 X 14 inch, Black by Traci Loge

I ordered this stand in time to use for Thanksgiving but after receiving it I quickly realized that it probably wasn't. Work. This particular roaster is 11" x 14" which seems large, but it wasn't big enough to handle my 20 pound bird. For a small turkey, chicken, roast, etc. this would be perfect. I have since used it to roast a large chicken and it has lived up to my expectations. This is definitely a heavy duty fryer with a nonstick coating on the inside and the grate. Cleanup was quick and easy, even the burnt spots on the counter were easy to rub off. The handles on both the grate and grill are easy to manipulate, even with oven mitts. That's everything I expected from an all-clad product. The only negative that is my fault and not reflective of the product is that I didn't stop considering the implications of its size. If I were paying attention I would probably look for a different, larger product. However, I have and will definitely use it when I want to roast chicken or cook roasts, and the smaller size only makes those tasks easier.
