    That's exactly what I wanted!

    This is exactly what I wanted...a powerful grill that can handle up to 500F. I like a thick base so I can use it on the stovetop when deglazing the pan and making gravy. Weak pans are deformed and will not fit. I have to laugh at those who complain that he weighs too much. It has to be hard, that's what makes it so good!

    This fully encased essentials roaster is built like a tank - very durable - ideal for turkey

    This is one of the best roasters I've seen. Doesn't bend, very sturdy, just like the included stand. This is the best option for a Thanksgiving turkey. The non-stick coating is also easy to clean. No dishwasher needed, it's so easy to clean in the sink. The handles even fit my big old hands as you can see in the photo. This device weighs less than 9 pounds. In general, they are no better than these. Deserves a full five stars.

    I bought this pan because another pan I bought (Cuisinart) was too thin. The one sticking out below when I first used it. This one is a lot thicker. Another review said it weighed 10 pounds. It is not true. I weighed. Without stand, 4 lb 2 oz. With stand: 6 lb 8 oz. I would have preferred stainless steel with a non-stick coating, but I couldn't find one. That's a lot because we never cook a turkey over 15 pounds. I've only used it once so far, but if there are any issues I'll update this…

    PFOA-free fryer cover

    This is a neat fryer with a rack. The 11 x 14 inch size works well for turkeys up to 12 pounds. If you have a larger turkey, you will need a roaster up to 16" or 18". The 14 inch size is also great for frying. a pair of Cornish hens with plenty of room for some root crops. I really like that the coating is PFOA free and hopefully the coating will hold up over time. Over the years I've had a few Teflon coated items that haven't held up well, but if I notice anything unusual about it I'll go back

    This is the best fryer I have ever owned. It's pretty heavy, but I love it! The floor heats up evenly, thanks to which there are no hot spots and burns. The handles are oversized so you can easily grab them with oven mitts. They are additionally reinforced with rivets. The corners are rounded to prevent food from sticking.     I ordered this stand in time to use for Thanksgiving but after receiving it I quickly realized that it probably wasn't. Work. This particular roaster is 11" x 14" which seems large, but it wasn't big enough to handle my 20 pound bird. For a small turkey, chicken, roast, etc. this would be perfect.     This is a great frying pan/grid. I have American All-Clad D-5 and Copper Core cookware, so I'm familiar with the quality of this brand.
