The size appears to be larger than the chart shows. I have 14 inch biceps and large ones, but while they felt great on my arm, I didn't feel "squished" very much. Otherwise the fabric felt cool and I had no problem wearing it all day. Customer service is excellent and they are working with me as I write this to resolve my issue. I have purchased several other sleeves from this company and have had no other sizing issues. I cannot say enough about how great their customer service is and I will definitely be buying from them again should I need more cases or replacements in the future. You all have to give them and their products a chance. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
