ID capsules do not stay closed

Collars are comfortable and reflect light well. However, they wear out easily. The capsule in which you enter the name of the pet and the owner will open, and all the important information will be lost below. So they're kind of pointless. Fortunately, our cats are house cats. I am a bit disappointed however as the ID pods are basically the reason I bought this particular batch of collars.
