I have been using the Hario V60 for a few years now. Unfortunately, they continue to break through through no fault of their own. However, the replacement cost is about $45, and after two or three years I started looking for a comparable, less expensive coffee pot. I tried Homend Woodneck, a much lower quality Hario fake but three times the price. Broke it and left to look for another one. I found OAMCEG 14oz for about the same price as Homend but what a quality upgrade! The wooden hand insulator is much wider and the glass is a bit thicker. The included stainless steel filter was just the icing on the cake. I didn't think I'd like it as much as the cloth filters I'm used to, but the difference in flavor is almost imperceptible. I've changed a few of these and really appreciate the convenience of the steel filter. I love it so much I bought two more to have on hand next time I break one or as a last minute gift. $14 why not?
