VERY comically small, actually: 23 inches, maybe I can close my chest, but it will 100% explode when I inhale . Now the dilemma is: are you buying too big based on the measurements given and maybe it fits due to correction? OR guess it was mislabeled and order 'medium' again? Or, third option, buy from another supplier/locally. Really easy choice but I'm sad because I wanted this meme template :/
