It's so convenient! It's a stretchy material, so it's good for working out, as the name suggests. It fits great and is true to size. I'm 6ft 165lbs and have an average. I really like the dark blue color and the faint stripe pattern. You also stay pretty cool in it as it is very breathable. I recommend this if you need a shirt for working out or just about anything.
