blunt after the first draft
These tacking punches are nice and strong but due to the construction they become blunt after the first project, double purse . Now I have to hit 5-6 times very hard to break through 2 layers of 4oz leather. Also, it punctures by removing tiny bits of skin, so you end up with dirt coming out of the perforated holes. If you're looking for sewing chisels to help you tackle projects, look elsewhere.
