My original purchase didn't work on my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe so I returned it. About 2 weeks after my return I was contacted by a customer service representative from the company. Alice asked why I returned the item and I explained that I couldn't install it properly in the vent. She asked about the make and model of my car and then asked what exactly happened when I tried to get in. One day I told her she was back and told me she had a mount that she thought would fit. She immediately sent me a tire lever. I installed it last weekend and it worked great! I've never had a company go out of their way to fix a situation like this. If you find that this mount is not working for you, I recommend contacting customer service. They want you to be happy with your purchase and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy! I would buy from them again.
