Grind again after a short while to avoid overheating
Ideal for grinding Chinese herbs and anything dry. The lid is well thought out. With no clear instructions, it takes me a while to figure out how to tighten and loosen the nuts to close and remove the grinder's lid. The two levers above the bolts should be in the open position when tightening or loosening the nuts. Lapping: 1) two levers in open position 2) tighten nuts 3) lever in closed position by pulling in opposite direction 4) switch on machine Finish grinding: 1) put both levers in open position 2 ) loosen the screws 3) turn the Covers carefully and lift them up.
