We recently moved into a house with a large fireplace. I've always had chimneys, but this one is a little deeper than the others. This small rake is ideal for picking up ash from back corners or throwing back smoking ash. It's smaller and lighter than I expected, which isn't a bad thing at all. The only thing that would make this perfect is a hanging hole or loop.
