Review on Watts Premier 531417 Reverse Osmosis by Nigel Cohen

The order arrived in an undamaged box, but part of the faucet was broken and we couldn't install it. The part where the red hose attaches was broken - the inner box it came in was also intact so I believe it was sent to us in a broken condition. Also, the red hose that was supposed to be attached to the broken part had to have a missing flow restrictor. I've had a Watts filtration system at home for the last 15 years and decided to upgrade to a newer one when my old system's tank failed - due to the long life of the old system I bought another one from the same company - totally disappointed! Update: Watts called and was supported by Yvonne - absolutely amazing person! - She asked me to send pictures of the broken items and sent me a replacement the next day! Very happy with their customer service!
