As a college professor, I struggle with keeping my flash drives in their proper places - at home, in this class, in the class before, in my office - as well as damage to flash drives as they float to the bottom of my briefcase (sometimes literally when the water bottle spills. Again). This case is both protection and my memory. Sitting on the desktop is a visual cue to reach the tower and disconnect the drive. Whether on vacation or traveling, it keeps my flash drives safe and secure as I lug them across the country without even taking them out and actually getting the job done. And in a briefcase I know exactly where to find them and all I have to do is turn my briefcase over to find a portable clicker or pencil for a coed who otherwise has a pen on her scantron sheet (aaaaaaa!) of any color would use and store home backups in them too and so on. Maybe in summer.!
