Review on Anova Precision Vacuum Sealer (ANVS01-US00) - Includes 10 Precut Bags, Ideal for Sous Vide and Food Storage by Ebony Brown

This is an excellent start for vacuuming small parts. The only problem I really have is that it's not wide enough. I use this to store groceries and the large pockets are only 1/8" too wide for that. I should first make a small diagonal seal to cover the width a bit before doing the main seal. As I like my stuff double seal (security seal) that's a minor issue with this device. If it weren't for that minor issue I would give it 5 starts as an all round ideal device. If you use it for small bags then I would say it's perfect for a basic no-frills packer. The cost of this unit is also high. Take my advice and get a protection plan. All non-commercial vacuum sealers will fail after a few years of regular continuous use.
