There are better options

They do the job well, but for the price there are better options. Some wooden frames were made of rough, split wood and/or the canvas was stitched with creases or creases that had to be straightened out so the canvas lay flat on the surface. I also found that they really needed a plaster to evenly apply the first coat of paint... a step I didn't plan for these practice drawings.
