This is listed as approved by the airline and is not true! Don't think of it as a padded bag as the wires on the ends square the zip ends so it won't fit under the seat as it isn't flexible on the ends and that's why they refused us a seat! We found out about them AFTER paying $150 for them and we were already at the gate... We literally had 15 minutes to walk to the airport store, luckily there was ONE who was selling them and bought them at an outrageous price. and it was a lot smaller than one of our 8 pound puppies so it was a miserable flight for everyone as she was literally wheeled into that emergency transporter. I had to keep the ones I bought here at Revain because the stretcher is your carry-on and I had no other option to store it anywhere. TOTAL LOSS!
