Review on ๐Ÿ‘” WeiShang Classic JACQUARD Necktie: Timeless Men's Accessory in Ties, Cummerbunds & Pocket Squares by Troy Drake

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice looking ties at a great price but will loosen over time

These ties represent excellent value for money. This listing is for many different tie sets, however we received exactly what was pictured on the listing we ordered. Ties were supplied individually in plastic cases. Nothing special, but they were protected during transport. Ties are of similar quality to department store ties. I've included a picture of a WeiShang tie next to a Kenneth Cole tie - they look and feel the same - but the Kenneth Cole tie alone costs as much as 6 WeiShang ties. The felt lining is also of the same quality. I've also included a photo of the back of a tie next to a Joseph A. Banks tie (men's shop). You can see the men's shop tie is finished entirely with the same fabric as the tie on the outside. You probably can't tell from the picture, but the fabric of a men's tie is much thicker. Also this tie is much more expensive than WeiShang tie price. From the front (with ties), WeiShang looks great and cannot be called cheaper. My husband has had these ties for 18 months and the seams on the back of 4/6 of them were completely unpicked from bottom to top (I spent about an hour sewing them together tonight). The other two don't part because he rarely wears them. Considering how often these ties are used and the price, this product is worth the money. I would give them 5/5 if they didn't fall apart. But at this price, as soon as the stitches come undone we'll just get another set (yes I would definitely order them again to replace these. Pattern and material are very good)

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
