Update again! After receiving replacement cartridges and no problems. My printer keeps saying that the ink cartridge is not recognized and needs to be replaced. I will contact the seller to see if there is a solution. Will put 1 star and update if there is a solution. At least the customer support has responded so far. Update: The company recognizes that an update at Epson can result in the cartridge not being recognized and has developed a fix for the newer cartridge. Note. I bought them a while ago and they guarantee their products do not follow Amazon's return policy. I assume refurbished cartridges are now being sent out and you should have no problems with your order. Giving 4 stars because customer service was easy and fixed the issue. Would put 5 if it wasn't for the issue. The best ink for the price. They sent replacements for free and no returns. They also offered a refund but I really wanted to like their product. I will order from them again as the price is right and they were quick to respond to customer service. *** My XP-640 does not recognize cartridges. I will update the review after asking the manufacturer for permission. Probably a defective part and will try to replace it. but today i really needed ink :( if the exchange doesn't help i will update the resolution.
