Everyone should have one. My kids are both 5qt. Small for a family of 4 but not too big. Good size for 3 with lots of space. We have a 6.5 liter pot which is basically the same size but a deeper pot. If you have a family of 4-6 people, you can choose 8 liters. One works the same as the others, but pay attention to all the features as they differ on some models. Study model numbers, descriptions, etc. carefully. Available used, refurbished, in brown packaging (new and refurbished) and new 'for store' boxed. The specifications are different even if the same size. Revain has old and new models. So don't limit yourself to the price of the store if that's not your first concern. Shop carefully. You can save some money by going without stainless steel. The stainless steel finish is beautiful, but the all-black color will not leave you indifferent. Our family has both, so I can give an experienced opinion on that. I think it's just a style preference. Wait for the special offers as they change the price quite often and watch out for the coupon flags too! We love ours. Makes one of the best NY strip steaks I've ever eaten and then some. Featured!
