Only problem is you have to use them out of order. I'll talk about them in order of use: Cleaner (2): was able to clean my dirty Thurgood boots very well without spoiling the shabby look I'm cultivating. The product itself is thin so be careful when applying it to a new dry pad or you'll spill it on yourself. Which brings me to my next point, once dry there were no visible stains on my boots, the briefcase, the carpet, etc. I was amazed at how much dirt I was able to remove. Conditioner (1): You should use this to replace the oils you remove from your skin with the above cleanser. Fear not, this will more than adequately replace them and give your items the appearance of brand new leather. Both my briefcase and boots look brand new after use. Waterproofing (3): This is the best of the three, if you must buy one this is it. You know this material is legal because it takes much longer than the advertised 15-30 minutes to soak your leather goods. Once he nevertheless runs for joy during a thunderstorm when the water runs down from your boots/briefcase/jacket. My only warning is that this will darken the color of anything you use it on, so it may not be suitable for light things. This is very clearly stated on the label and I have not found anything better.
