This is the second thing I got, my first was in rose gold, I liked it, and have used it for months with no problems, only got a new 1 because I somehow lost the band 🤯, but still the bottom hook, the the few days ago i was just standing there with it hanging around my neck so the phone was lying flat and all of a sudden my phone fell on the floor so now i have to attach it to the top ones this makes my phone lie upright which i hate , mistake, it hurts me a lot to return it for me, I'd rather wear it as I don't like it lol
