Review on π HONESEW Compass Cutter for Precise Cutting: Paper, Card, Vinyl, Films, Leather (C-101) by Gelin Battle
Not happy with the purchase.
I don't like this circle cutter. I used a regular quilting ruler. The black (soft) plastic blade guard rubs against the ruler and flexes, the blade does not touch the fabric. I have to keep it straight without a ruler to cut it. Not a great tool at all.
