I'm making yoghurt. it is very important that i have the right temperature, otherwise the acidophilus will die. I need a thermometer that will measure milk quickly and accurately and this one will do the trick. Readings are stable for 2-3 seconds and appear to be very accurate. There's even a self-calibration feature. The thermometer comes with an extra battery, a widget to open the battery door, a nice box, and an external sensor that will come in handy this Thanksgiving when I cook my turkey. They have done a really good job and it is good value for money.
