The best thing about visual ticket is it's ease of use, everything just clicks together perfectly! I wish there was an option to have tickets emailed instead of sent via text message or email (we're still trying this out).
We've been able to streamline our customer service department by having all incoming calls answered quickly through one system rather than multiple different systems like we had before using VTT. It has also helped us improve overall efficiency as well because now when someone emails me they are immediately connected to my phone so no more waiting for voicemail messages which saves time.
