Visual Ticketing Technology Is Our Secret Sauce

The best thing about visual ticket is it's ease of use, everything just clicks together perfectly! I wish there was an option to have tickets emailed instead of sent via text message or email (we're still trying this out). We've been able to streamline our customer service department by having all incoming calls answered quickly through one system rather than multiple different systems like we had before using VTT. Visual Ticket - Easy implementation with great support

The best thing about visual ticket is its flexibility, ease of use as well customization options for every user. I have used it from last 5 years but never faced any issue or difficulty while using this tool till now! It's very easy to learn & implement within no time at all!! And yes they are providing free demo account which will help everyone understand their product easily by trying out few functions like creating tickets etc., Also i would highly recommend them because we were facing some

Visual Ticket Central Review and Comparison

I like how easy it is to create tickets for customers, which helps us keep track of our customer service requests! The interface could be more intuitive so we don't have as many problems when creating new ticket types or adding fields/notes etc. Also some features are missing such as sending mass emails from an email list (that's pretty standard).   • Its ability connect with Outlook 365 along wih Salesforce allowing me manage both platforms easily in sync together without having redundant data being entered into either platform twice each time i log onto any web portal page that uses these two systems.Its ease oof user accessability including mobile capability too ! :)

Best visual ticket implementation tool in my experience

I like that you can easily create forms, add questions, and then send to clients via email or SMS. It's also easy to customize layouts for different campaigns. You can create multiple versions of a form as well which is helpful for creating more than one campaign at the same time. There are several other options to use VTLs but it can be difficult to get the hang of them. Just make sure you have someone who knows how to utilize them if you're not used to them.
