Bought for my workstation which I use for home IT tasks - disk cloning, backup etc. With two drive bays and two USB 3 slots in one . The 5.25 inch form factor is great. The doors seem flimsy, but I haven't had any problems. I don't use locks. It's best if they're in your case where there's good airflow - otherwise the drives will get very hot with prolonged use. I like that all three functions only require one power connector as I ran out of SATA power connectors from my PSU. The case didn't match the holes in the drive bay case, but I was able to secure it tight enough with screws. It would have been nice if there were more mounting holes, but that's really a flaw in the case design, not this product.
