This is a very good raincoat. It's well made and the lining makes it warm enough to wear all fall. With a jacket underneath, it's comfortable to wear in winter.
- This is the best little raincoat for toddlers. It's well made and works well for active little people.
- Nice jacket but no velcro on the sleeves which is extremely important for small children who may still be growing into the clothes.
