Review on Braun HM1010BK MultiMix Mixer Black by Candy Quillar

I often didn't want to use my big mixer, so the hand mixer is the perfect tool. This whips cream quickly, can knead cake dough quickly, has enough power and is not as loud as many hand mixers. I would NOT use it to knead bread even if they include bread hooks. I've never found a hand mixer that kneads the dough as well as my hands or my full-size mixer. I think you will burn out the motor quickly if you use it for this task. I really don't understand why they even include bread hooks with hand mixers - maybe it's a marketing ploy to give the impression of power?
