Good Substances for Amino Acids

I take L-lysine along with many other supplements to keep my joints and ligaments in good shape. I have had problems with tendonitis, herniated discs and other sports injuries in the past. I enjoy working and am very active. I credit my recent success in preventing injury and disease to my current supplement cocktail of which it is a part. A good thing.
