Poor/lack of battery life
I was happy when I first used this set a year ago. We kept it in the box and when I took it out a second time (we had young children and I was excited to use it to control dogs) the collars wouldn't charge. I had to charge them for over 24 hours only to find that the 2nd collar didn't charge at all and the 1st collar only stayed charged for about 5 minutes. The remote also wouldn't charge and it took over 24 hours to reach 2 bars of battery power, which wasn't enough to sync the collar. All in all a waste of money. Only used once and then a year later unable to use or charge - I am very disappointed.
