Be Gone Disposable Nappies

Omg. I love these nursing pads! I am now 5 months postpartum, exclusively breastfed twins. Needless to say, I'm quite the producer compared to most. In the beginning I needed pads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because I was an aggressive leaky faucet. I finally got the hang of it, but then I needed them again from about 12 weeks when my girls started sleeping through the night (thanks to the sleep-learning extinction method). I used standard disposable pads during my 8 hour stretch (hallelujah) but still occasionally woke up to puddles of milk so I ended up sleeping on a towel like a stray dog in someone's barn - not ideal. Also, it was just disgusting to rip the swollen, wet pads off my chest and try not to smack my kids in the face with them while they lay on my lap like hungry chicks. When I ran out of disposables I decided to give them a try and bloody Mergatroid I'm so glad I did! The stray towel has disappeared from my bed and there are no more diapers to take off in the morning. Larger than disposable pads, these pads are much more absorbent and comfortable! They feel so soft and even when I know they're supposed to be damp, they only feel slightly damp. I was concerned as there is no glue that these puppies would slide around like pigs in the mud but they seem to stay pretty safe, I wasn't even wearing a wet bra! The included laundry bag and travel bag are also very practical, I really can't say anything bad about these things. You heard it here, straight from the dairy, buy these pods. Stop waking up in puddles.
