Review on Fitletic Hydra 16 Hydration Belt with Water Bottle Holder, Gel Holder & Race Bib Toggles, Black XL - Ideal Running Belt for Water, Gear, and Performance by Leo Torres

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good water belt for long runs. I use it for all my 5+ mile outdoor runs.

I've been using the Fitletic hydration belt with two 8 ounce bottles for almost a year now. I've never used any other belt so I can't say it's any better or worse than other hydration belts on the market. Although I was happy with that. I like the pasty non-slip dots on the inside so it doesn't slip off my waist and stays in place. When I bought it I liked that you could attach a race number instead of safety pins, but I didn't use it. I wear a belt with a pocket on my back and things to hold my race suit are in a pocket so my race jersey is on my back. Has anyone else used these race number holders? Am I missing something? The bottles fit their slots pretty snugly. I have to pull the bottle out with two hands: push the strap with one hand and pull up the water bottle with the other hand. I don't set land speed records, so I don't mind slowing down for a minute to get my water bottles out. The bag barely holds a Samsung Galaxy S4 with a Mophie case. on topic. He's drenched in sweat so I put the phone in a ziplock case and then slip it into my pocket.
