Review on Catit Small Black Nylon Adjustable Cat Harness & Leash Set: Premium Quality by Melissa Richards

Take your kittens for a walk!

I got these with the red version so I can take my two kittens out onto the balcony and walk. The harnesses are adjustable and fit our two kittens perfectly (one 5lb and one 7lb) with enough room to expand later if needed. I chose two different colors to easily distinguish the kittens' harnesses. This set is well made, durable and well priced as it includes both harness and leash. This particular harness has an H shape - one buckle is worn around the cat's neck and the other on the body just behind the front. Legs. Because there are only two narrow nylon straps, my kittens seemed to adjust easily and didn't exhibit any odd conforming behaviors, such as: B. to step backwards to get out of the harness. When I tug on the leash, it doesn't seem to "choke" my cats, which was my original concern. To get my kittens used to the harness, I left it on for about 36 hours. From time to time they would scratch it and roll onto their backs to get rid of it. After the harnesses were removed during the day, I decided to walk the cats and had no trouble putting the harnesses on. Plus (and sort of minus) is the length of the leash. It's not very long, but long enough for my kitties to walk next to me. It doesn't stretch as it's a strong nylon so it's easy to trip over and get tangled when I'm following my cats. To be on the safe side, I only ever take one cat for a walk. Also, since it's not very long, it's easy to control my cats and make sure they don't go where they're not supposed to. The bell fell off a harness when one of the cats caught it and disappeared. I was able to put it back on the straps with the help of pliers. I recommend.
