Review on Neleus Running Compression Shorts Pockets by Jim Bethea

For starters: 5ft 10in, 177lbs, waist 31, bought small instead of medium and am glad I did that i did it These aren't "compression" shorts per se, they're just tight and stretchy. The case is comfortable and fits my iPhone 11, but it definitely doesn't hold it in place while running. If you don't want to wear shorts over it (which I recommend), make sure to wear underwear. Definitely a bit see-through and there isn't much support. The only negative point is that the construction is rather mediocre - the seams are not entirely symmetrical and the tip is too long. I ended up cutting it off and using a lighter (usually paracord) to melt the ends. If you buy them for running they are good for training but not really meant for competition.
