Thank you to those of you who wrote about the Z10 zone change on the latest US only cartridges for my printer. Long story short, I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 that is out of warranty and I have not been able to return the $107 Revain cartridges. By chance I had great results that I have to share. When I went to the "Product Support" section of my Revain returns page to request a refund as I wanted to completely dispose of my printer, they contacted me directly with HP who informed me that although my printer was out of warranty, they were have worked on this problem. . They opened a case, connected me to a senior manager and after I had 4 new Z10 cartridges (I had to buy them) they were able to remotely set up my printer to work with the Z10 (because the Z20 was stuck).
