I bought this ladder for my kitchen. I thought it would be durable and decorative. So it was very frustrating to receive it with ugly labels on it. It wasn't advertised that way so having them was a nuisance. You could send them with instructions on how to use them if you wanted, with all the warnings (CYA) in the papers. I contacted Revain but for some reason I couldn't replace it with another one without the tags. It just doesn't add up. Decorate an item and then ruin it yourself? It does not make sense! UPDATE: I've decided to ditch the stickers and keep this staircase. To be honest, this is the nicest thing I could find. Could have been 5 stars but 3 because of my own stupidity.
