I like that it's easy to use for my small business and we don't have any complaints. It's not very flexible when it comes to creating invoices or adjusting inventory levels. We also can't see our customer information from inside the program unless you want to pay a monthly fee which is expensive. This is a great program for a small business and has some of the best features out there for being free. I wish I could have more flexibility with invoice creation and the ability to adjust inventory without paying a monthly subscription. The customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help if I have a question. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants a simple system that will give them all the basic functions they need to run their business. They make sure you're able to do everything you need to in order to be successful. It allows me to keep track of my customers and what products I'm selling and where.
