I've been fortunate to have a calmer day with 2 pumps in the morning in the kitchen and then 4 pumps before bed. My adrenaline levels are very high and although I meditate, use sound healing and focused intent, I prefer to continue with this liposomal delivery. My gut is highly inflamed and the microbiome needs to break down adrenaline. QS liposomal delivery is better and definitely amplifies my efforts towards optimal health. With thanks. Update: I was away many months this year due to SIBO, histamine release, mast cell activation. Finally the body calms down and I can start taking QS GABA again. Thanks very much!
