
Many of the energy bar recipes I make often call for nut butter or agave syrup, both of which are sticky, gooey substances. Yes, you'll need a spatula to pour the nut butter or goo into the measuring cup, but turning it upside down will cause the stuff to curl up in the mixing bowl. Easy to use, your hands stay clean. When you're done, you can soak it or throw it in the dishwasher and let the machines do the dirty work. Well designed and easy to use.
