Really good for 3 to 5 year olds
Delivery arrived next day which was great because I showed the video to my niece and she loved it. The dollhouse is very easy to assemble. However, this was a step-by-step guide with picture, not reading the guide. I liked the pieces because they weren't too small, everything was big so I liked it and the patio with a parasol opened up. What I didn't like was that the elevator gets stuck and the doors are a bit cheaply made. In general, a good dollhouse for a hundred dollars. I would recommend a 3-5 year old based on its quality but it was a great dollar house and I loved how it turned out despite the conflicting reviews I've read.
