Rollercoaster has been down for months

After 6 months the touch screen is not working and apps are not loading. I have contacted the company via email, they want me to ship the item back to China. They claim that as soon as I ship they will send a replacement as soon as I send them a confirmation picture sending back the broken screen. This is a complete inconvenience, this has to be sent to Revain and Revain will then ship the defective product back to China.
