As other reviewers have noted, these hooks are smaller than you might think. They are about 2/3 smaller than standard hooks found at hardware stores. That means they're pretty thin too. It was fine for my application, I bought both the small hooks and the big ones from another brand so I use the big hooks for heavier things and these for smaller things. I often use rubberized nails. Surprisingly handy for hanging things like saws, grinding wheels etc. Anything you would normally just hang from a nail or screw. The rest of the hooks are fine. Just don't expect to be able to hang a 20lb extension, tool, ladder, etc. from them. I mainly use them for hanging relatively light battery powered tools, and they're great for that.
