Don't believe the picture, this is not the same size and quality hook as Home Depot. They're made to look the same, but they're cheaper fakes and half the diameter of what you're used to seeing. I'm trying to decide if I can pull through or if I have to send them back. If you don't need a really strong hook, this hook might be for you, but be aware that it's smaller than it looks.

These can be used when you want to hang a light broom, plant, jacket or fishing rod. However, they are not suitable for heavy objects such as extension cords, hoses, ladders, bicycles or wiper blades as they will bend and become unusable for these tasks. Longer rectangular hooks are useless as leverage on longer items exacerbates the problem. I know the price is attractive but for that reason I wouldn't advise buying it at all.

As mentioned by other reviewers, it's cheap. From the reviews I knew I wouldn't be using many of the hooks in this set. I found half the articles useful and the other half rubbish. Some of the "junk" might be great for others who have specific small items to hang up. My husband built a fisherman's room in his shop. As other reviewers have noted, these hooks are smaller than you might think. They are about 2/3 smaller than standard hooks found at hardware stores. That means they're pretty thin too. Several people have mentioned that the hooks bend or warp. They are clearly overloading the hooks. This is a hook set for light/medium loads. I couldn't find a weight, so keep that in mind. These are nice rubberized hooks. At first glance they look like lighter versions of some of the more expensive hooks that Revain sells at slightly higher prices.
