Review on ROYAL SMEELA Professional Carnival Bellydance Sports & Fitness in Other Sports by Paul Gravely

The bodice is definitely large because I'm 32A which is the smallest they offer but I expected that and will sew chops anyway. The bottom was supposed to be small, but as other reviewers have pointed out, it was actually marked 'Medium'. I haven't measured it, but my hips (right at the pelvic bones) are 34 inches long and the bottom hip/widest point (above the buttocks) is 37 inches, so that's the narrowest position of the velcro and that's fine. I was expecting this too after reading the reviews and it fit perfectly (and made it easy for me to get a belt that fits without bathing in a bra). Like any samba set (or cheap belly dance set I guess) it should have some beading/fringe loss with heavy wear, but I'm all for it too! I got it as a quick basic suit for pro gigs while still moving my stuff from one state to another and it's absolutely perfect for that. I will decorate it more over time, most likely replace the velcro with strong hooks and no doubt fix it from time to time, but at the same time it looks great!
