Smooth and Non-Stick Coating
ACCORDING to my experience, this small appliance is great for cooking with little to no oil, and cleaning is a breeze .The granite coating adds durability and a chic look to my kitchen. The only drawback is that it takes a little longer to heat up than other pans but the even cooking is worth the wait..
