Review on LEM 1475 SilverSkin Knife Set by Carrie Tunks

We process game ourselves and I usually spend hours trying to get silver skin off. I bought this knife thinking it wouldn't be that useful, but was blown away by how quickly it removed the layers I didn't need! I just love this knife and wouldn't touch any other animal without it! It's easy to clean and the blades are dishwasher safe for sterilization. Pliers are so dainty and useful. Didn't use a glove but might next time. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it. Simply insert the blades, attach the desired guide, connect and you're done. Excellent investment.
